Please look at the pictures of the house you are interested in leasing; they are pictures of the property’s current condition; visit the property to look at the exterior of the house and the neighborhood. We cannot show the interior of the property until you have been approved to lease the property.
Send a copy of your current drivers license with the application.
Once you are approved, we will email or fax you a copy of the lease; if it meets with your approval we will meet at the property and show you the inside of the house; at that point, if you are still interested in leasing we will sign the lease with you and accept your security deposit and first month’s rent.
NOTE to Real Estate Agents: Show the property to your clients per instructions in the MLS listing; have them look at the information on this site. If they are interested in leasing the property, have them fill out the application form and send it to us; they must follow the guidelines set out here. We will prepare the lease upon approval of applicants.
- Security deposit is one month’s rent amount
- First month’s rent and security deposit are due at lease signing: Cashier’s check, money order, or cash only; no personal checks
- Pets are not allowed
- Complete application is required for each adult who will occupy the property
- We do not accept people who have been evicted
- We must be able to verify current landlord and previous landlord
- We must be able to verify income
- We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants in the property
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- $0 application fee per adult applicant
