Over the years I have dealt with several knowledgeable and reputable Realtors on the many investment properties I have purchased. Most of those people had many years experience as you do.
The two of you outdistance the pack and stand head and shoulders above the crowd with your determination to locate the perfect property for each individuals' needs. It is an obsession with the two of you that outweighs the profit motive. We all have to make a living and I know that times are tough in the Real Estate business. I would describe our experience of first quickly selling our home and then buying our present home with Maurice and Barbara Dubois’ help as positive, reassuring and educational.
